I needed to install small, pine moulding along the floor. I did some of the work last weekend with hammer and nails. This weekend, I purchased the T50PBN from Home Depot for $20 along with a pack of 500 brad nails. The t50 greatly improved the installation over the hammer and nails. It drove the 5/8" brads nearly flush into the wood. Only a small amount of counter sink work was needed to complete the job. The reason it did not completely sink the nail was that the moulding was curved and I could not cleanly apply the head of the stapler. When I test it with flat wood, where the tool is able to lay flat against it, the brads are driven flush with the wood. There were no jams using the brads. I did some homework prior to the purchase of this stapler. I read reviews and looked at the Stanley TR250, which did receive generally positive reviews on the internet postings. However, after seeing the item, the construction seemed inferior to the t50PBN. The Stanley appeared to have some plastic parts. The Arrow is chromed steel. Another plus for the PBN is that it is made in the USA. I also looked at the Arrow T50RED. The reviews posted very recently note problems with jamming of the unit. Construction of the RED does not appear as robust as the PBN. All in all, for small jobs requiring light brads, I am very satisfied with my purchase.

Recently I purchased this stapler and was happy to pay a little extra for it's brad capability. It has met my expectations. My other original T-50 stapler is functioning perfectly after 24 years so I cannot quibble about the price

When my old one went missing I started looking at all of the new staple guns that have come on the market since I bought my old one. Nothing I saw seemed anywhere close to the Arrow. My new one is as great as the one it replaced. Love it.

When this says heavy duty, it means it. These are built to last. I got one of these, and they work great. $30 is beatable, but these have so many uses. Nail gun and staple gun; it does tons of jobs. I even got bored at one of my birthday parties, so we blew up balloons, put them on a wall, and shot at them with staples from about 15 ft. So worth the buy!!
