This is the BEST pancake and waffle mix I have ever eaten! It's also great for camping, as you only need to add water and oil, so you can make a great breakfast while you are traveling as well. My husband is addicted to it and we can't find it anywhere locally. :o(

When my local Whole Foods in Chicago stopped carrying this (supposedly due to shelf space), I went online to find it. The downside is that you have to order 6 of them (case) but I was amazed to find how quickly this inventory starts to dwindle down.

The mix itself is classic Arrowhead Mills: Whole grain goodness, high quality ingredients and a light, fluffy pancake. The mix has bits of dried apple so when you mix it things appear lumpy but it's not a batter issue. I've turned on a few friends to this subtle yet flavorful batter mix.

I have to say that I was extrememly disappointed when I opened the box and saw how small the packages were. 28 ounces seemed like it would have been a typical store size bag so if that is what you are expecting be prepared for a shock. The bags are very small for the price, hence the 4 stars. That said, this is, without a doubt, the best waffle and pancake mix I have ever eaten. I have to add that my family wasn't as impressed as I was, but I love apple and cinnamon and if you do too, and don't mind the extra cost, give it a try.

my 4yo has allergies,this pancake mix has the flavor and its does not fall apart after doneness. He will not eat any other pancake mix. its great also cheaper than the organic store.

I could not believe the delishious waffles this Arrowhead Mills makes. I gave some to my daughter and she is in agreement with me.
