It tastes quite good. I used cinnamon applesauce and no honey (don't care for) and it came out pretty good. I will try the plain recipe next. Quite dense, but then I'm not sure I got it to raise enough. It's more like the homemade bread my grandmother used to make, yum!

I do love this mix. It makes great tasting bread with nice texture. I have added various nuts and fruit and extra grains, successfully.
I just need to find a liner for my breadmaker that is not covered with that plastic non-stick stuff, which smells horrible when heating and is no doubt toxic. I would make bread more often if I had a non-smelly liner for my bread maker. Anyone who can help, please add a comment.
