i think this is quite tasty cereal. the kamut flakes were just like wheaties or any other standard wheat flakes. they didn't get too mushy or soggy but they felt much softer & gentler than those rock hard kashi flakes i've been eating. this cereal seemed much more like "normal" cereal i am used to. it's a nice option to have for days when kashi seems to hard to handle. Also i love that there is whole grain amaranth & whole grain quinoa flour in it too. i will buy more when it runs out.

This cereal kicks a* and takes names. It isn't offered anymore in our local co-op catalog, so it is great to find it here for about the same price if free shipping is available. I like the cereal because it uses fruit juice for sweetener and is also great for people on wheat and gluten free diets. Texture is also just right for flakes.

too many breakfast cereals are laden with sugar, but the arrowhead brands leave room for honey and blueberries. i rotate between the various flakes, and i like them all. they're all light and crunchy, organic, nutritious, plus they taste great...that's a sweet way to start the day!

I have tried all the Arrowhead Organic cereals. I like all of them and still buy them all. But this one is my favorite. I tates great and I truly am not hungry for hours after eating the label's "serving size" with a small handful of berries on top--you don't done really need sugar at all. I add almond (or soy) milk and if the berries are too tart, some Splenda. Thank you Arrowhead! This product is great!
