DirectionsYou Will Need: 1 egg or egg substitute, 2 tbsp butter. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Empty contents of cookie mix into a medium bowl. Add: 1 egg (slightly beaten) or egg substitute, 2 tbsp melted butter (For best results, use butter, but may substitute 2 tbsp of vegetable oil) stir until well blended - mix will be crumbly until stiff dough forms. 3. Drop dough by heating teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto lightly oiled cookie sheet. 4. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Cool cookies on cookie sheet for 2-4 minutes or until set, remove and continue cooling. Allow cookies to completely cool before storing in an airtight container.
