Very, very technical reference, not for the general public
My eight is with the caveat that you are an investigator, aspire to be an investigator, or an author researching the topic. Otherwise there is no good reason for you to own this book.

Poor - definately NOT a "complete" investigators manual
This book is far from a "complete" investigators manual. Very little of the book actually deals exclusively with arson investigation. I would not recommend wasting your money on it as I did. (Published by Paladin press - not exactly an arson investigating entity!!!)
