I've taken several different supplements/stimulants over my lifetime, probably not the healthiest choice. I stay with the recommended dosage durations unless it falls on some time I really need the energy (2-2.5mo on and 1 mo off).

Anyway, this stuff delivers in every sense. I only take one pill (1/3 the dose) once or twice a day. I honestly don't know who would take three at once, yet twice a day. The rapid release is no joke, talking about 3-5min and you can feel yourself get warmer. Myself, my ears get hot.

On a scale of 1-10 i would give it the following (only taking 1 capsule!!!):

Response time - 10

Energy potency - 7 (remember, 1 capsule)

Energy duration - 8 (tapers off after about 5 hours)

Jitters - 8 (as in almost none, some stomach churning and throbbing head)

Focus - 3 (i do tend to lose focus and get tunnel/blurred vision; take some ginko and good to go)

Strength - 7

Thermo - 10 (can feel yourself warm up; hands can get clammy)

Value - 10 (only using one capsule i would recommend this to anyone)

I'm convinced this is a great product after only a couple weeks. i'm going to start weightlifting and changing doses and check on the results.

I bought two of these (240 capsules) last fall for 60 bucks.

I used 2x2 capsules for a total of 4 each day for 2 months straight.

I'm not what you would call "fat" (16% body fat) but i wanted to get something to help me loose a couple of pounds while working out my usual way.

I started at 180lbs and after 2 months of workouts about 3-4 times a week with moderate cardio i lost 15 lbs. Not calculating for the Weight gained from muscle growth (down to 12% body fat).

It's not a miracle pill, but take it as a supplement for improving your energy, power and a good fat burner. I also take Protein powder, fish oils, and vitamins.

I have tried Hydroxycut, Ripped fuel and some others, but this is the best for me. So try it, it may work for you too.

I also got some headaches when starting to take them, usually 2 times a week. Note that you should consume a lot of water which will help.

I don't recommend taking these for longer than you have to. 2 months on 2 months off should work great. I always take a detox cure after taking such pills for 2 months.

Didnt really work for me. Not a big fan of taking 6 pills a day either. Go with OxyElite Pro instead.

I first started taking this product nearly 3 years ago (2008) while I was deployed and I saw amazing results. I honestly wasn't eating as healthy as I should've but I was deffinately in the gym atleast 3-4 times per week really pushing myself. I saw amazing results in not a lot of time.

Now 2011 I am taking the latest version of Arson and I love it. Granted I can't take the full dose but I can take at least 2 pills and I'm good to go. I'm really starting to get more noticable changes. My daughter is now 16 months old and I don't even look like I've ever been pregnant. Thanks Arson!!!!

Wow this stuff is a different beast. Iv taken hydroxycut, and Phenphedrine, before mostly for energy. Well I bought the arson because I hurt my knee and haven't been able to do my daily run. I don't want to gain any weight while I recover. Not only have I not gained weight I lost 4 pounds, in 5 days, exercising 1/5 as much as I normally do.

If you buy this product start out by taking 1 pill and make sure you have food in your stomach or you will get bad shakes. I take 2 in the morning and one in the afternoon and that's plenty. I haven't gotten any headaches while taking this. But I did make the mistake of taking 3 pills the fist time, and I had to drop what I was doing lift weights and swim for an hour to burn off the energy. Also Phenphedrine works real well and it does make you feel good, It doesn't give you the same rush as Arson but its works very well for weight loss.

ok, im seriously into gym and cardio...i used to weight 268lbs....well after a year and a half, i dropped down to 208. theres platues i hit on the way to this weight...and when i hit those platues, i took arson...it boosted my energy, kept my muscle and now i weight 228ish...if you take this in conjunction with altered state, your in for a serious work out. you'll be sore! and ya know, it feels good! this stuff really works. yes, drink water! lots of it. i never got any headakes, but to each his own. ya know?...i recommend taking altered state, arson, and nitro tech(protien) and of course w/e vitamins you want. but lets not beat around the bush here, you wanna get bigger? then your gonna have to work your Fu*kin a*s OFF!!! you wanna loose weight? then its the same thing. there are no short cuts.

My goal in taking Arson was to help shred a little water weight for the summer. After taking it for a week with working out and dieting, all I noticed was a really messed up sleeping pattern due to the ridiculous amount of caffeine in a full dose, and feeling slight sick to my stomach during the day. I would look for a difference product.

Well, I started taking these things and all I can say is wow. I've weighed myself everyday since I've started taking them. I average about one pound per day of weight loss. This is eating full meals with no exercise. I'll tell you right now that there is one major side effect that I get from these things though. I get bad headaches but those go away. I have asthma and after taking these it seems to make my asthma worse. If you too have asthma and plan on taking these, don't do anything strenuous. As soon as I reach my goal weight I'm done with these.
