More About the Author

Clamp, stylized as CLAMP, is an all-female Japanese manga artist group that formed in the mid 1980s. Many of the group's manga series are often adapted into anime after release. It consists of their leader Nanase Ohkawa, who provides much of the storyline and screenplay for all their works and adaptations of those works respectively, and three artists whose roles shift for each series: Mokona, Tsubaki Nekoi, and Satsuki Igarashi. Almost 100 million Clamp tankōbon copies have been sold worldwide as of October 2007.

4.0 out of 5 stars It is pretty, December 16, 2004
This review is from: The Art of Cardcaptor Sakura #3 (Paperback)
This book does have a lot of beautiful pictures. But most of them you have probably already seen before or can find scanned on the internet. The reason why I only gave it 4 stars is because there was a little to much white space on some of the pages and I did not like the pictures that span over 2 pages since this is a paper bound. Then paper it was printed on is good quallity and you will probably fiind the cheapest copy from amazon. If your a big fan of Cardcaptor Sukura then buy this book. (there are a few pictures with other characters to but the focuse is on Sukura)

5.0 out of 5 stars Another CCS item worth getting., September 20, 2003
This review is from: The Art of Cardcaptor Sakura #3 (Paperback)
I do think this artbook isn't as good as the other ones because it doesn't have a poster or a mini comic. However, it's still worth gettig no matter what. Also, this includes pictures from both season arcs and pictures from the first and second movie. And yes, it does include the Clamp notes, like the other two do.
I've probely been a ccs fan for more than 3 years and I've started a great collection which incudes{ this is the most stuff I own}: 7 artbooks and all 12 comics, plus more. I even preordered the second Cardcaptor Sakura movie.

5.0 out of 5 stars I love Sakura!, November 13, 2006
A Kid's Review
This review is from: The Art of Cardcaptor Sakura #3 (Paperback)
Sakura was the first Manga that I got to know. I love the TV show, and I have all the Manga books (both series). I love to draw, and I get a lot of ideas from this Sakura art collection. The big pictures are amazing!
