Hello
This large booklet (8 1/2" x 11") was suggested to me by a friend. It is a simple, straight-forward way to center oneself, simply by reading it. It it hand-written, and has many hand drawn pictures by the author, and is a welcome addition to my 'toolbox' of simple and easy ways to Let Go.
