2.0 out of 5 stars The Art of Conversation : Magic Key to Personal and Social P, February 8, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: Art of Conversation (Paperback)
Quite dated in style and content. Has some good general principles, but not much depth or followup on them. Never goes below the surface of the small talk level. Geared towards salesmen.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good Stuff, January 29, 2009
This review is from: Art of Conversation (Paperback)
This book is great and can start being applied easily. Its written old school like dale carnegie but it still has a modern feel and it is very easy to relate. I strongly reccomend this book as I have read almost loads of books on the subject of human interaction (my passion) for the money and the quick read Itll be worth it i promise

As the owner of a successful online automotive dealership www.eticketstores.com, I know every sales person's greatest sales skill is the art of conversation. James Morris skillfully takes you through the process and composition of a good conversation. Easy to understand terms, practical and entertaining reading. Highly recommended reading for my sales people. Worth your time.
