This is truely the best SMing book I've read,
By Ashland Stage Manager (Ashland, Oregon, USA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: The Art and Craft of Stage Management (Paperback)
Talk to almost any professsional SM and they will recomend you read this book. It covers every area of the rehearsal process with a notation system beyond any other. Her prompt book layout is extreamly advanced and not needed for smaller theatres but a great thing to know about. The best part of her book is her list of what to do for the entire production process. It lists everything with forms in the appendix to use also. Overall a great book, no matter what leval of stage management you're at.
