3.0 out of 5 stars meat and potatoes?, February 23, 2006
This review is from: The Art of Dealing with People (Paperback)
Sure it touches on good points but leaves you wanting more of in-depth material. In my opinion its not very comprehensive. If you're looking for something to give you some ideas but not the how to's - bingo!

2.0 out of 5 stars Not a book... just a booklet, September 17, 2005

This review is from: The Art of Dealing with People (Paperback)
This is really not a book. It is a small booklet that has some good information, but is generally a rehash of what we already can read elsewhere. I recommend a 'pass' on this one.
