Casarjian's voice is kind, measured and pleasant (with a touch of a Boston accent, which I liked). Her calm presentation underscores her belief that we must treat ourselves gently as we work through the forgiveness process. The four cds glow with great warmth, personal insights, and effective teachings in a very sensitive arena. I found them very helpful and would recommend this "course" to anyone who is troubled by a past or present "resentful" relationship with anyone, including himself or herself.

I feel this set of tapes are the best information I have ever received on Forgiveness and I have been exposed to this topic for years. I facilitate a group using these tapes and a comment amongst others was "If everyone heard and practiced these tapes we would have a far better world".
