I have been a fan of Hana Kimi for a year or so now, so when I knew that an artbook is going to be released in the U.S., I was so happy and I decided to buy it without giving it a second thought. It is one of the most beautiful artbooks with beautiful art of Hana Kimi characters and some of Hisaya Nakajo's other works.

I have got both the Japanese and the American version of this artbook and there is no difference except for the language and the cover. The American version is a hardcover and it is a good thing that you will understand what is written since it is in English unlike the Japanese one.

This artbook is a must for all Hana Kimi fans. I just hope that other works of Hisaya Nakajo will be published in North America.

We need more of these artbooks in North America. They are just so beautiful and they will make a good collection for any anime or manga fan. We need to see Mayu Shinjo, and Miki Aihara's artbooks in the U.S.

For those of you who love beautiful art, go and get this one and believe me, you will never regret it. It is worth every penny.

I bought volume 1 of Hana Kimi back in early 2006 on impulse and instantly loved the series. One of the things I really loved about Hana Kimi other than the story and the characters was the art. The art shown in this art book is awesome, and all of your favorite pictures can be seen in color! The first section of the book is primarily pictures of Mizuki, Izumi, and Shuichi, although the other characters do make an appearance. The second part is art from Nakajo's Yumemiru Happa and Missing Piece. The thrid section shows some of Nakajo's other work. The fourth section consists of some of Nakajo's favorite black and white cover illustrations from the Hana Kimi series. Basically, if you love Hana Kimi, you'll want this art book!

I am a humongous fan of Hisaya Nakajo's Hana Kimi manga series, so I decided to purchase this art book. I told myself not to look at until I was on vacation, but I had to sneak a peek. Let me just tell you, the art is AMAZING. Very beautiful. If you are a fan of Hana Kimi, you MUST have this book. All of the drawings you've seen in the manga are IN COLOR! Even if you are not a fan of Hana Kimi, I would recommend purchasing this book. You will love it.

Bought this for my daughter who has all the Hana Kimi books.
Said she could now let go of the books because she kept them for the art. This book has the art she loves and some extras. She loves it! Also the artist captioned some of the art pieces. I would recommend it for middle school to college ages who are familiar with the Hana Kimi anime series.
