The art of helping student workbook
The book is an excellent support to the art of helping book. It is great for any student embarking on a journey of counselling. Easy to follow directions and examples guide you along to understand the material.

The book has a text AND a student handbook. I searched for the student manual and under the impress that was what I ordered for the price (1.25). I did not get the Student Manual but instead got a almost new text. The 8th edition text book in the condition that I was received was like new and probably could have gotten much more (your loss for not paying attention to...

The book has a text AND a student handbook. I searched for the student manual and under the impress that was what I ordered for the price (1.25). I did not get the Student Manual but instead got a almost new text. The 8th edition text book in the condition that I was received was like new and probably could have gotten much more (your loss for not paying attention to detail). I wrote to try and straighten out this mix up but was told that was what I ordered.I did not order the text and specifically wanted the student manual to the 8th edition that was advertised on the site.
Other web sites list the 8th edition soft cover text for a whole lot more than 1.25. I still need the student manual but will not order through this site as attitude and not looking into the possibility that the mistake was on your part (abvertising the manual but sending the text). Very disapointed on how this was handeled. I could sell the book on my own and get what its worth but really like your organization to correct this error. |
