A very short book, OKAY for a quick look at basic moves..,

It's a fairly short book. It's hard to make out the moves they are showing to you in this book for there isn't enough explanation into the moves. The explanations are very basic and rather generic. This book is good for a quick reference of some basic hula moves, however, I wouldn't recommend it if your looking into getting serious into Hula dancing.
