Book Description

August 1996
Roy Hunter is an expert in the field of hypnosis. He was specially selected to carry on the work of the Grand Master of Hypnotherapy , the late Charles Tebbetts, who was a master teacher and contributor to the art/science of hypnosis and hypnotherapy.
This book is based upon the training course of Tebbetts, which has been updated by Roy Hunter. Tebbetts training has formed the basis of a large number of hypnotherapy courses taught in America and Europe. The Art of Hypnosis is well-written and easy to read and understand, even for the novice. In-depth and practical information is given on how to achieve maximum results in a hypnotic session by phrasing suggestions properly and by using various techniques to determine which approach is best for each individual client. By A Customer
This review is from: The Art of Hypnosis: Mastering Basic Techniques (Paperback)
Having been interested in the field of Hypnosis for over twenty years I have read many publications on the subject. This book is on target.

It is worthy of reading and having in your Library. If you are interested in learning more about the ART, this is a must read type of book.

My Thanks to Mr Hunter for composing this publication in a manner that allows it to be easily read and comprehended. I am looking forward to the release of his newest book "Master the Power of Self-Hypnosis.

5.0 out of 5 stars Must Have Book for the Student of Hypnosis, December 30, 2002
This review is from: The Art of Hypnosis: Mastering Basic Techniques (Paperback)
As a hypnosis and hypnotherapy trainer, I recommend this book to all of my students. I have received nothing but rave reviews from them. I also recommend Mr. Hunter's book, The Art of Hypnotherapy. Both of these books are used as text books in hypnotherapy schools! For good reason! They come through with the information that a student needs to be well educated in the field.

5.0 out of 5 stars a good basic book on hypnosis, March 4, 1998
By A Customer
This review is from: The Art of Hypnosis: Mastering Basic Techniques (Paperback)
Roy Hunter has done himself and his teacher, Charles Tebbets, proud with this book . It is a good book for beginners and professionals. It is a good companion book to Hunter's second and more advanced book, The Art of Hypnotherapy. Both have been helpful to me in my work at Pendleton Memorial Methodist Hospital, New Orleans, LA. I recommend this book. Chaplain Paul G. Durbin, Ph.D.
