The title may lead some to believe this recording is related strictly to some Avante Garde adventure,while free Jazz riffs are displayed their is also a powerfull sense of arrangement an compositional exploration throught this disc.Moffett's equal skill levels on both accoustic and electric Bass are displayed with high measure throught this recording. Moffett has been on the scene for decades (the product of a musical family) and it seems his sense of improvisation has come home to roost on this very exciting and fun record.
