5.0 out of 5 stars Perspective on Life, April 27, 2010
This review is from: The Art of Living: A Practical Guide to Being Alive (Paperback)
This is a beautiful book - own it, read it, treasure it, share it. The different sections bring together every aspect of Life and are very thought provoking. Our world desperately needs us all to live together in harmony and this book and its contents are a good step in the right direction to achieving this.

From the Dalai Lama to Laura Weaver, a Boulder poet, this book is full of famous and not-so-famous words of wisdom on life, love, healing and achieving growth and inner peace. It's an elegant design too--a wonderful gift book.

5.0 out of 5 stars Inspirational, April 26, 2010
This review is from: The Art of Living: A Practical Guide to Being Alive (Paperback)
I've had read the Art of Living from cover to cover, it was an honour! If you are looking for something to lift you out of a low, then read this. It was great to read what the likes Michael Douglas and Sir Richard Branson view as their Art of Living and although a few points of view are long (ish), stick with it! It was great to get a varied collection of writings from a widely varied collection of people. I think its a book that you could delve into at any given time, almost as a reference as to day to day living.
