5.0 out of 5 stars The Best American Hi-Fi Album...EVER...ADDS SOMETHING NICE TO IT TOO.., August 3, 2005
By Brendan Glenwright (Windsor Ontario Canada) - See all my reviews
American Hi-Fi's "The Art of Losing" just blows my mind, the boyz turned up the amps and blasted sweet sounds of strings being rubbed by plastic picks....loving it! but the odd thing is this album was released in Japan April 2004? which funny enough in May/June 2004 they worked on "Hearts on Parade" which only took them 2 weeks to make...hmm...odd...

It's a good album, nice job on the import track "When the breeders were big" which I have to say it's an amazing song with an amazing album but now with their Popish album "Hearts on parade" they should make a tribute to that song..."Making life when the Hi-Fiers were big"...

If you like Green day and College bands...go get this one.

4.0 out of 5 stars art of losing (import, March 30, 2004
By A Customer
This album is pretty cool, it isn't all the same, It has songs with acoustic guitar songs and mostly eletric guitar songs, it even keeps the pop punk in the acoustic songs. If you like bands like sum 41 and green day, you'll love this, so go and buy this cd if you like pop punk
