Nice photos but lacks details and instruction,

This review is from: The Art of Making Fine Wood Jewelry (Paperback)
If you want to actually learn how to make wood jewelry, don't buy this book. The photos are beautiful and are great for ideas, but there is little to no information on how to actually make the projects. Sure, there are some vague instructions but nothing really specific. They leave out a lot of the important details. One of my favorites non-instructions is on page 50, where the author instructs the following: "Make the beads from another section of the original laminate...". Um, that's great, except that I don't know how to "make the beads", and I was hoping the author might elaborate on the process.
