Raising the energy on to infinity
Very good explanations from basic level about the energies in the body and how the male and female energies act and interact, not only during sexual relationships but in life. Wonderful food recipes for him and her, meditations and exercises which you can do together and which can break communication borders and will get you spiritually closer. Guru Terath Kaur Khalsa...

Hmmmmm........
A good rule of thumb for those seeking to positively explore their sexuality is to avoid any book which asserts that masturbation is physically damaging to the male nervous system, including this one. 'Nuff said.

Guru Terath Kaur Khalsa describes how a good relationship with your partner starts with a good relationship with yourself. Concise, easy to read and good pillow book.

this is an old edition -- look for the second edition with the purple cover,

If you are interested in this topic, I recommend getting the second edition of this book, which was released around June 2009. It has a purple cover and a companion CD. I attended a class taught by the book's author and she said the updated edition has been heavily revised.
