1.0 out of 5 stars Hmmmmm........
A good rule of thumb for those seeking to positively explore their sexuality is to avoid any book which asserts that masturbation is physically damaging to the male nervous system, including this one. 'Nuff said.

5.0 out of 5 stars this is an old edition -- look for the second edition with the purple cover, July 24, 2009
This review is from: The Art Of Making Sex Sacred (Paperback)
If you are interested in this topic, I recommend getting the second edition of this book, which was released around June 2009. It has a purple cover and a companion CD. I attended a class taught by the book's author and she said the updated edition has been heavily revised.
