5.0 out of 5 stars Violin Making Step by Step By Henery A Strobel
Henry Strobel has placed new defination on the teaching of instrument making. This book has been used to teach the construction of the violin to my students. Understandable and easy to follow. I recommend this book for all new Luthiers. The other books of this series is a must have for instrument makers.

2.0 out of 5 stars Violin Making Step by Step By Henery A Strobel,
This book I found frustrating. At a quick glance it seems to be giving me information, but when I actually try to follow advise I come up short. It seems you my need to buy all his books to get real information out of this book. I will say I did find some useful information but was overall unhappy and was left with the feeling like a kid in a candy store with no money...
