I think this is a great video it teaches lots of various techniques in the ancient art of Ninjutsu. This video is great for helping you learn how to defend yourself,and teaching abilities to control yourself.I like this movie because of what it tought me,I would like to add that his other movies are great also.I highly recommend to buy this great video.
