5.0 out of 5 stars Very good practical advice for business growth, October 13, 2004

This review is from: The Art of Retail: CEOs from 7-Eleven, Orvis, Meineke & More on Succeeding in the World of Retail, Developing and Promoting Winning Stores, Products & Teams (Inside the Minds) (Paperback)
I appreciate the format of the book, which provides perspectives from many different types of retailers and of many different sizes. Very interesting to see the different problems confronting each, as well as which issues confront all. Even better, though, is the approach each takes to common problems. Only history will show which ones are most most successful, but all in all a good book for people looking for ideas on how to grow their own retail operations.
