This tape is a great reference but should not be used to learn Taoist Tai Chi. You need the feedback of an instructor to know when you are doing things wrong. You can find a local branch of Taoist Tai Chi on their web site at taoist.org.Learning tai chi requires patience and dedication. It takes months to learn the 108 moves of the set and many years to improve your form. The best way to learn Taoist Tai Chi is from a knowledgeable and patient instructor who will let you know when you are doing things right and keep you from doing the moves wrong and injuring yourself. |
