I have red hair and find that having it highlighted or colored often results in faded color quickly. This shampoo perks my color up right away. I mix it with my regular shampoo to keep my hair soft and in good condition - half and half ratio. I find this shampoo is better than color depositing conditioners, as you don't get color deposits in uneven spots - the shampoo lets you apply the color evenly. It's also subtle, just adds a touch of color and highlights.
