I used this on my very rough and calloused feet and the product works great!

I haven't been able to find anything better than this on the market, but overall I was expecting this product to be a lot stronger. I was hoping it would work as well as the devices used at a professional salon. To call it a "Pro-pedicure device" is misleading. Even on the strongest setting, it fails to really do any strong filing. In fact, the rotary will stop turning if you put even the slightest pressure on it. I feel like it's better than nothing, and I will continue to use it, but I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone.

This is simple and easy to use and takes little time so it is easy to be consistant. The Artemis Heel Smoother Pro works better than anything I've used before and because I live in Florida and wear sandals alot, that is important to me.

I purchased this product for my wife as a X-Mas present and she was very disappointed in the results achieved.

Being a college student, I can't afford to get a pedicure as often as I would like. My sister recently brought home a new Heel Smoother and I just love it. In fact, I just love giving myself a pedicure at home. It easily gets rid of my dry skin on the bottom of my totally abused feet as I don't wear sock during the winter (crazy, I know). I'm so glad I found this product before the summer. I've told all my friends and we're now totally converted to Heel Smoother users.

I am skeptical about these type products. But this is great. My feet are terrible if left over two weeks. With this I can sit and watch TV and do my feet with little effort. I found it works best if I have soaked my feet prior. I have pretty feet now. At least more often than I did before.

I guess in part to obesity and diabetic my heals are forever cracked.. check that.. USED TO BE. I was shaving my heals which was tricky and dangerous (why do they not let professions shave heals in NC but anyone can buy one and do it themselves??). You must always be so careful with your feet. This has worked fantastically well. My heals were so cracked today they ached. I wondered what I was missing using my artemis smoother... I needed a new head and BAM the cracks are gone and my heals are lovely!!! thanks artemis, thanks Amazon for bringing this opp to me.

My heels are rough and often cracked. I thought this product would provide the muscle required to keep my feet presentable in the winter. It does not. The Pediegg is far superior (but requires a lot of elbow grease). Very disappointing.

I had my reservations at first due to the somewhat cheesy appearance. However, I use this on my wife's feet nearly every night (it's the pampering thing GUY'S)and after changing to re-chargeable NiMH batteries this thing has turned out to be very durable!!
