I ordered several books on yoga and arthritis at the same time; this is the one I'm keeping. It's easy to understand, well thought out, offers alternatives for the various positions if you're not up to the classic ones, and also offers things to watch for and be aware of, without reading like a medical text.

I won't become a vegetarian, which the author recommends--been there, done that, it's not me--but it IS a good guideline for health.
