Very short and very sweet with no drama here. If you or someone you love is diagnosed with any arthritic disease, this is the book to have. My wife, who has Polymialgia Reumatica uses this book on a regular basis and it has been a great benefit to her to understand the treatments and different types of medication with side effects. I do reccoment this book. Wish it were not necessary to do so however
