If you are to read any book about arthritis, and especially if you have arthritis, this is the single most important book you could possibly ever read!

After a consult with an orthopedic doctor in 1994 the doctor sent me on my way to see a Rhumatoidologist, for he was sure that I did not have osteo-arthritis. Instead of going to a new doctor's office I stopped by at my local health food store and found this book, and I will tell you it turned out to be the best $4.50 I ever spent on a book in my whole life!

After reading it I was convinced that I did indeed likely have rhumatoid arthritis in my knees. This book lead me into a comprehensive understanding of my disease as well as the treatment protocols that took away all the months of pain and swelling to allowed me to walk normally again.

You will learn about diet, pathogens, and the miracle of supplements to cure your disease, and for me especially, the miraculous CMO supplement that took my pain and fear away to this day, now in 2011.

I highly recommend Dr Donsback's protocols as outlined in this well written book that will tell you what you need to know to get a grip on a very serious disease. The other benefit I got from reading this book is that I never had to pay for that visit to a rhumatoidologist!

Although Dr. Donsbach's protocols for rhumatiod arthritis worked for me, and he guaranteed me in the book that they would, I will bet they will work for osteo-arthritis too. Why? Because Dr Donsback says so in this little book and I believe him. And even if some advances in arthritic care have come about within the field of alterntive medicine this book will give you insight to the potential effectiveness of other protocols though understanding the cause of the disease.
