MY HUSBAND AND I BOTH HAVE ARTHRITIS, & WE'VE BOTH USED THIS CREAM FOR YEAR'S AND IT MAY SMELL PRETTY STRONG BUT i HAVE TO BE HONEST AND SAY THIS IS THE ONLY PRODUCT EITHER OF US HAVE EVER USED THAT HAS REALLY WORKED, AND THE RELIEF LAST FOR A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, UNLIKE SOME WHERE YOU PUT IT ON AND GET RELIEF& AND AN HR LATER YOUR IN PAIN AGAIN, AS LONG AS WE CAN FIND THIS CREAM WE'LL KEEP USING IT.

I have had many surgeries and sometimes my nerves start misfiring which feels like I am itchy underneath my skin. No amount of scratching will make the feeling go away. We have tried a half dozen prescription cremes such as lidocaine-- and every hot/cold/numbing creme I could find at the drugstore. This is the only one that makes the feeling go away, and it works almost immediately. Even other cremes with the exact same active ingredients (and percentage) have not worked. If you have this problem, you must try Arthritis Hot!

I have used this cream several times now for an arthritic lower back and have learned I need to adjust the amount of cream I put on. If I apply too thin a layer, it makes very little impact. If I apply a very thick layer, yikes! My back feels like it is on fire for about a half hour. It does calm down to what feels like a penetrating sensation for hours after. I definitely noticed a decrease in pain and an increase in mobility after applying a thicker layer of cream. I will continue to use this cream and try to figure out the right amount that provides the relief I am looking for but without a burning feeling on my back.
