I really enjoyed the way this book simply exlains exactly what is needed for the relief of aching joints. The pictures were helpful as well as the discriptions. I was able to benefit with good, lasting results right away. Thank You

I am 84 years old and have osteo Arthritis. This book has been a great help to me. I use it daily for exercises. the pages are filled with illustrations for applying gentle accupressure to hands,knees. legs and feet to relieve daily pain and discomfort. Amazon.com has a supply of good new and used books. Take a moment to search for them and read about this good book.
