Black Bibliophile's Delight!,
By
This review is from: Arthur Alfonso Schomburg: Black Bibliophile & Collector, a Biography (African American Life) (Paperback)
This book is a bibliophile's dream! The life of Arthur A. Schomburg is wonderfully described as a biracial immigrant from the carribean who gets involved with radical politics in New York and goes on to become a primer collector of African and African American literature! This book also introduces the reader to other black biblopiles during the Harlem Renissance. Book lovers will delight in this biography!
