Inside, a stainless-steel bowl rests snugly for dining then removes easily for cleaning and refills. The steel bowl is dishwasher-safe, but the base should be washed by hand to protect its luster. The entire piece measures 7-1/2 inches in diameter by 2 inches high and holds one cup of food.
