This album brings me right back to the kitchen in the Bronx, where my mother had a small, white radio,sitting on a shelf, tuned to Arthur Godfrey's program. I loved listening to that show, while eating breakfast. I recall many of the songs that are on this CD!

Am I alone in the onion patch? Why isn't one of Mr Godfrey's most evocative tunes present on this - or any - available CD collection. Please, somebody in the business get your act together - gives us I'm A Lonely Petunia In An Onion Patch (fee-yew!).
