Great Compilation,
By
This review is from: Arthur: King of Britain (Paperback)
Although this is merely a compilation of Arthurian legends from other sources, it does a great job of putting together the ones that have gained the most fame and credit throughout the centuries.
From Geoffrey of Monmouth to Sir Thomas Malory, Brengle chooses carefully those legends that will detail the life of King Arthur the best, while providing also as much as he can. While I suggest, if you're fan of the Arthurian legends, to read the entire Le Morte D'Arthur, you can't go wrong with the edited and abridged versions found in Brengle's Arthur King of Britain.
