NCUP Cheats Its Editors; Runs Out on Creditors,

The quality of this publisher's output is reflected by the fact that my name, as editor, is TWICE misspelled. Moreover, NCUP will not honor its agreements, and it hides from creditors who have done work for them. PLEASE do not support its banditry!
