If I had my way, I'd eat a huge artichoke every day. When my budget allows, I fly in a box from Castroville, the nation's artichoke capital. This book is probably the best as far as yummy recipes for artichokes, including some fabulous ones for stuffed artichokes. I highly recommend this book, it's a keeper!
