This device produces a thoroughly cooked artichoke with all its nutrients. The usual boiling method of cooking takes away those nutrients and also gives you a soggy mess. Highly recommended!

What can go wrong with a stainless steel item as simple as this? Nothing! As far as I am concerned this is the only way to cook an artichoke. Highly recommended for artichoke lovers. A simple product that does the job.
