Great workbook!
Found charts, examples, and exercises extremely useful. One improvement I would like to see is either a CD or downloadable audio to go along with the book -- maybe video as well to show the diagrams in motion.

Half the book
Shipping and everything was great, but I only got half the book- chapters 25 and on, it didn't even have a title page. I don't know what it was with this one, but I did expect the whole book...
