This review is from: Tome of Artifacts (Dungeons & Dragons d20 3.5 Fantasy Roleplaying) (Hardcover)
I want to start by saying this product could be 5 stars if the publisher would take the next step: This product has tons of background and stories and other info, but for me to get it out to my players I have to read these aloud. It would be better to have online content of just the player info, that way I just give it to the player in question. When the industry takes the next step to make my life as a GM easier then they will win the 5 star rating. Oh, and that does not mean to sell me the E-Book when I already have the paper version.
Now let me say this book has some very cool artifacts, I was amazed by some of the new stuff. It seems well balanced and some real thought went into the desigh of the items. Buy the book and hope that the company sees that offering a player hand-out web content would increase sales. |
