We RV for four months out of the year and are usually gone at Christmas. Not having family around etc. we always look for ways to make our Christmas more special. We wanted a Palm tree for outside during the holiday season but had read all the reviews and were a little discouraged as to how they held up in the weather. We found this tree on Amazon.com and decided to take a chance. Our friends who were holidaying with us also purchased one. It was delivered to us in Desert Hot Springs within four days. If you have ever been to Desert Hot Springs you know how windy the weather can be. It with stood hurricane force winds and terrible rain for a few days and still looks like new. Everyone who walks by our motorhome asks where we got it. I'm sure Amazon will be selling alot more in the near future and i think we will even purchase another one for our pool area at home.

This is going to be our Christmas tree this year. We hope to move to Palm Desert CA (from Seattle)in the near future. Palm trees are a favorite of ours so this is the perfect tree for us this year. It is just the right size and the lights on the whole tree are just the perfect amount. The base is sturdy which is the big reason for buying this tree. We bought the 6' size to fit in our front window come holiday time. Neighbors in Seattle may think we are crazy but we will have fun when the kids and grandkids see it as they drive up to the house in December.
