La Tejea is a company located in El Real de San Vicente (Toledo). The company started in 1998 with the aim to recover traditional gastronomy of the village.
La Tejea makes preserves to recipes handed down through three generations of one family. Using traditional methods they can offer its clients the best quality in the elaboration of its products. All of them are homemade, following traditional recipes and using first quality vegetables and fruits.
