3.0 out of 5 stars Expectations?? January 6, 2013

Perhaps I just misunderstood what the book was about. It is not a bad book, and it is well done, just not exactly what I was seeking.

3.0 out of 5 stars Disappointed February 5, 2010
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
I was expecting this to be a full-color book, but all the images are grayscale. Although there is some useful information about NW cheesemakers, this book is aesthetically lacking.
