I purchased this sink several months ago, waiting to pick out a granite countertop. I went from a 5+ inch sink where everything splashed out onto the hardwood floor that was put into my kitchen by the previous owner to this magnificent piece of kitchen equipment. Wow, it is luxurious, quiet, I believe commercial grade and shines like a new penny! I love it, love it, love it...Have I made myself clear...I love it! There is no comparison with what I saw at the big box stores in relation to quality and price. You rock Amazon!

Deep, Deep Sink,

I have actually waited until had time to use this sink before providing a review. Previously, I had only been accustomed to using standard depth sinks, which are not too deep (I think 5 1/2" to 6"). So after 2yrs, here is what I have to say:
The sink is excellent product if you are looking for a deep sink. I would not recommend purchasing a sink that is deeper than this one at 9" as you might run into problems installing a garbage disposal. Also, If you are a person that is "vertically challenged" I would consider your ability to reach items at the bottom before purchasing this sink. The sink is easy to clean and very quite due to the "undercoating" that come standard with this product. By the way...it's nice to "hide" dirty dishes if you want to leave them for a while and clean them sometime later. Also, the price was unbeatable. I paid $249.00 plus shipping. This was an extreme bargin for the excellent quality (16 guage). Keep in mind the standard inexpensive sink at Lowes or Home Depot is 20 guage (i.e. much thinner. Higher the guage the thinner the metal). I can't remember exactly, but other brick and morter stores were asking at least $500 or more for the same quality, plus charged extra for the undercoating (which I highly recommend)! I recommend this sink.
