I love this game, however the used game i bought off amazon sucked. It would kick me off the game and freeze up on me. So after i worked hard on the goals and completed them, i lost everything in a blink of an eye! If you are going to buy a game off amazon i highly recommend to buy a new one.

I really don't have a good sense of how the game is played, as it keeps locking up and kicking me out. I removed and reinstalled it, to no avail.

I love the game but it keeps trowing me out of it after so long and i lose every thing i just did.But i did get it the right time i was told i was.

This game is about two young men who go back to where there was once a colony of artist. As the game gets farther along more artist join. It has a bit of a story line to it so as you go on it will pasue what your people are doing to show part of the story from time to time but not often. Its also like sims but you can't create the people or the buildings.

Even though not a particular masterpiece, Artist Colony is a solid game that adds flavor to the casual life sim genre, with an original approach, an interesting story and a huge array of possible things your characters can create. Add to that a simple game play and its overall charming aspect and you'll have a title both the older and the younger members of your family could enjoy, especially if they're into such games... This is a great game and lots of fun!
