I'm not a huge sugar-free fan, but other vendors makes a much better SF version of caramel syrup than this. Arista's caramel flavor is barely noticeable. I'm sure it's there, it's just being overwhelmed by the chemical flavors. The bottle looks much cooler than Torani's, that's for certain. My spouse, who loves anything splenda or nutrasweet or equal filled, had a pretty strong negative reaction to this brand/flavor as well. Kind of wish I didn't have three bottles of it, all of a sudden.
