I never received this item. I received the wrong item twice (a wood burning tool).Sent both of those back. Never received Art Series Lightbox- 10x12. AND never received a refund on this item. Amazon still has my money.

There was/is a mix-up with this item description and what is pictured-I received the wrong item 2 times,even when the Amazon rep caught the mistake the first time.
But Amazon stepped up to the plate and admitted an error and we worked out the problem.Amazon is one of my favorite places to shop, and the way this was handled just encourages me more to shop with them. |
