This is more of a "History of Alcohol" and not a bartending training DVD so don't expect to learn how to make a Martini. It is very, very informative and works great as a way to learn more origins of Vodka, Gin, Rum.....

This video is the most comprehensive video about alcohol beverages that I have ever seen. It covers all distilled spirits, malted beverages and vinous beverages. Not only that, it tells about their history and production methods in addition to the major brands of each category and the basics of how they are used. I feel that I now know as much about spiritous beverages as most professional bartenders.

As the founder of the Boston Bartending Schools, this is the most professional video ever made about Bartender Product Knowledge.

This video is extremely thorough and covers all major categories of alcohol beverages, including history, production methods, major brands and uses. The content is well organized and exceptionally easy to follow. It provides everything you ever wanted or need to know about distilled spirits, malted beverages, and vinous beverages. It is fast paced and entertaining and well worth the price.
